I researched this product and wondered if it was as good as people were saying. Yes it is. I have very bad joint pain in my fingers and within days it was eased. Highly recommend this product.

I followed the instructions given and took the mixture. As I have have suffered for many years with constipation and most things did not work very good I was very sceptical that this remedy was going to work, but boy, was I wrong. After about 3 months of using I realised I no longer have a beard. Having dark hair, it could be quite embarrassing if you missed the odd hair which were also quite thick and spiky. To my amazement they’ve all gone. So whatever is going on inside I’m happy. I’ll be sticking with the Wild Yam Cream.

I started this cream in December and thought I would give it a while before I would write a review. This has been a complete game changer for me. I'm on my 3rd bottle of Wild Yam Cream. Initially started end of November 2024. I never had any expectations using this Wild Yam Cream, but Barbora O'Neill's videos and her knowledge is pretty convincing - also understanding it could take up to a year for hormones to balance, is satisfying enough.
I have had a mild menopausal journey, never get hot flashes during the day, maybe a mild one in the evenings.
I do however suppliment using other natural products (Flaxseed oil capsules).
Will continue using this product as long as I can afford it.

Definitely bitter tea. Does it work? I don’t know yet. I have been using it for 4 days. I make two days worth of tea as instructed on the pack. It’s so straight forward. The amount used is very small so this pack will last a long time. Well worth the money.

I brought this product as my daughter has the exact same symptoms and doctors response as Barbara described in her testimony on page 90 of her book Sustain Me. So I went on a search for bitter tea and found it here.
For myself I have symptoms of reflux, bloating and constipation so thought I’d also use it in the hopes that along with the correct diet and environment I and my daughter will overcome our ailments.
