I rang Little Barn about the Gut Repair and the book Sustain Me both from Barbara ONeil. The lady was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. So refreshing to be able to speak to someone on the phone without having to go through the usual 5 minutes of automated instructions. The products I've ordered are brilliant. The gut repair seems to be helping. Mine is a very complex stomach issue resulting in severe weight loss. So early days yet. The book is such an easy read, very informative and full of valuable information which is easy to implement. I would have no hesitation in recommending Little Barn Health!

Misty Mountain Gut Repair Powder is brilliant. I sometimes want to order two at the same time but the site will only allow ne to order one

My Acid reflux is much better. I am less bloated and my cravings for food is much less compared to when I was not taking the powder. The wild yam cream, I need more time to see if it will work for me
