Our herbal menopause formula contains:

Avena Sativa (Oat straw) - Relieves symptoms of menopause by helping with hormone balance and energy metabolism. It also has a relaxing effect, helps with insomnia, mental and physical fatigue and supports skin health too.

Red Clover (Trifolium Pratense) - Supports symptoms of menopause, such as hot flushes and irritability due to its phytoestrogens, which mimic the effects of oestrogen in the body.

Take one capsule daily with a glass of water to regulate female hormones throughout the stages of menopause. For most people one capsule is enough, but if your menopause symptoms could be improved after trying one capsule for 30 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
