After months of contemplating trying this product , I finally switched from another menopausal supplement to this cream . Wish I would have done this sooner.
For me , the improvements were remarkable , were noticeable after a couple of weeks and improved significantly within a few months

Will continue to use this cream alongside other changes made including supplementation of whole food magnesium , B12, vitamin d drops and following general information delivered by Barbara O’Neill on healthy whole food diet , Celtic salt granule ( with 82 trace minerals) intake before water, limiting / removal of caffeine , eliminating wheat and refined sugar from the diet and rebounding😂.
Might seem quite extreme but my symptoms were intensely and negatively effecting quality of life and as such was prepared to make drastic changes .
That said , the most significant improvement was felt after regular application of this cream .
Honestly has been a game changer - so grateful.
