Simmer gently 2 tsp of herb with 2 C water for 30 min.
Strain, keep in fridge. Reheat & drink 1/3 C hot before
bedtime. Adjust amount of tea according to bowel motions
IE: if too many bowel motions, drink less the next night 1/4 C
if not enough, the next night increase & drink 1/2 C, & so on.
