I suffer from Gastritis and struggled to find anything that really helped till my daughter introduced me to Misty Mountain digest tea. It relieves any indigestion, bloating and discomfort caused by this condition. I recommend it to anyone suffering similar symptoms.

More tea than I thought there would be. Worth the money.
Tastes bitter but that's okay as two swallows and its gone.
I do find myself forgetting to drink it before a meal so have to set reminders.

Definitely bitter tea. Does it work? I don’t know yet. I have been using it for 4 days. I make two days worth of tea as instructed on the pack. It’s so straight forward. The amount used is very small so this pack will last a long time. Well worth the money.

I brought this product as my daughter has the exact same symptoms and doctors response as Barbara described in her testimony on page 90 of her book Sustain Me. So I went on a search for bitter tea and found it here.
For myself I have symptoms of reflux, bloating and constipation so thought I’d also use it in the hopes that along with the correct diet and environment I and my daughter will overcome our ailments.
