Misty Mountain Colon Tea 200g

Directions from Barbara O'Neill to make this Colon Tea

Gently simmer 1tsp of this blend in a cup of water for 15-20 minutes
Let cool, then strain and discard herbs.

Store in the refrigerator.

USAGE

Rewarm 1/3 cup and drink before bed on an empty stomach.

For irregularity
1 or less per day: Drink 1/2 cup
1 every 2 days: Drink 1 cup
1 every 3 days: Drink 1 cup at lunch & 1 cup before bed.

Worked a lot better than anticipated considering it is made of 3 simple ingredients. Highly recommend for anyone that has slow bowels just use small amount first and build up as tolerated.
