Simmer gently 2 tsp herbs with 2 C water & 2 Tbsp of cubed fresh ginger for 30 minutes. Strain.
Keep in the fridge.
Reheat & drink nice & hot 1/3 of a cup 1 minute before you eat 1-2x per day.
