Glucosamine is an amino sugar sourced from mollusc shells which is then combined with a mineral salt to make tablets or capsules. It is advisable to take glucosamine combined with Potassium mineral salt rather than Sodium mineral salt, as the average Western diet contains more than enough sodium and this might be detrimental to health
Directions
Take 1 capsule twice a day with main meals.
Ingredients (Each tablet provides)
Glucosamine Sulphate 2kcl 665mg
Chondroitin Sulphate (90% Purity-Marine Source) 400mg
Citrus Bioflavonoids 55mg
Manganese (Carbonate) 2mg
Capsule shell: Gelatin
Do not take glucosamine if you are allergic to shellfish, pregnant or breast feeding. Diabetics should consult their doctor before taking.
