Q: What is the customs charge for my international order?

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF UK DUTIES AND TAXES When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. We do not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of UK), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the UK, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to us.

I’ve placed a pre-order for a Misty Mountain USA product. When will I receive this?

We will share the expected availability date from our partners at Misty Mountain USA in the item description. Once you’ve placed your pre-order, we will contact you via email to confirm your purchase, and then once again as we have an exact delivery date confirmed from our partners.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours for customer support queries are Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm.
We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays. Our website shop is available for use 24/7.

I placed my order on Friday afternoon. When should I expect to receive it?

Orders placed after 12pm Friday afternoon will be sent via Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service the following Monday. We do not ship orders during the weekend and bank holidays.

I have just placed an order. When should I expect to receive it?

We process your orders Monday to Friday using Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service.

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

If you have purchased your items with the Fast Shipping option, you can expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days using the Tracked 48 service.

Orders purchased with the Expedited Shipping option placed after 12pm will be sent the next working day via the Tracked 24 service. You can expect to receive your goods within 1-2 working days.
